Make 7-grain waffles or pancakes, using Bob's Red Mill mix. An organic, natural & animal-free option for breakfast.
This week I was fortunate to receive a package from Bob's Red Mill, inviting me to try their variety of organic, vegan-friendly, and natural products.
For a long time, I have been a fan of this brand that has been in the market for 40 years, its products have helped me improve the quality of the ingredients that I use in my confectionery, so I am very excited to be testing each product that came home this week.
I decided to start with Bob's Red Mill's delicious 7-grain flour, this mix combines organic whole wheat, rye, spelled, corn, oat, Kamut, and quinoa flours with a touch of flaxseed for added nutrition. Thanks to this combination, your pancakes and waffles will be full of fiber, protein, iron, calcium, and omega-3 fatty acids.
When it comes to pancake and pancake mixes, I haven't always been a fan, but I have to admit that I loved this mix. It's easy to make, requires very few additional ingredients, and works great for creating fluffy and delicious waffles or pancakes in no time.
If you're looking for a breakfast option that's nutritious, quick, and easy to make at home, this 7-grain flour mix is for you!
It should be noted that not all of the brand's products are suitable for vegans since some contain ingredients such as honey. However, the vast majority are 100% vegetable and organic products, so many of them are part of my pantry.
