RICE PAPER ROLLS WITH HUMMUS

Rice paper rolls with beetroot hummus, stuffed with vegetables like kale, lettuce and peppers. A vegan and healthy snack to prepare at home.

Preparing rice paper rolls is very easy, and it is also an incredible idea for lunches, snacks and dinners at home. You can fill them with the vegetables you have on hand and add different sources of plant protein such as hummus, tofu, or seed-based creams.

Another benefit of this recipe is that it contains many natural, delicious and healthy ingredients. Rice paper is gluten-free, so it's also a gluten-free option.

The rolls of rice paper are also an excellent way to include more fresh vegetables to your diet, such as the greens like spinach and kale. You can also add sprouts or sprouts, and even fruits like mango.

At home, paper rolls are a “lifesaving” dish since we prepare them when we don't feel like cooking or when we don't know what to do with the vegetables that are left in the refrigerator at the end of the week.

You can use hummus that you bought from the supermarket. If you feel like preparing it at home, I recommend these recipes:
